Thomaston Public Library is closed on all federal and state holidays.

The Library will be closed on the following dates in 2026:

• New Year’s Day: Thursday, January 1
• Martin Luther King, Jr. Day: Monday, January 19
• President’s Day: Monday, February 16
• Patriot’s Day: Monday, April 20
• Memorial Day: Monday, May 25
• Juneteenth: Friday, June 19
• Independence Day: Friday, July 3 & Saturday, July 4
• Labor Day: Monday, September 7
• Indigenous Peoples Day: Monday, October 12
• Veterans Day: Wednesday, November 11
• Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 26  and Friday, November 27
• Christmas: Thursday, December 24 – Saturday, December 26
