We’ve had a few reports recently of folks (particularly Gmail users) not receiving our emails, especially the automated hold pickup notices from our library system. There’s a few things you can do to help make sure you’re receiving those emails:
- Add mils.noreply@maineinfonet.org and tpl@thomaston.lib.me.us to your email contact lists or address book. For Gmail users, this will be at contacts.google.com.
- Check your junk mail or spam folder for any missed emails.
- If you do find an email from us in your junk mail folder, make sure to mark it as “not spam” or “not junk” in your email client.
