Senior Exercise Class

Join us and Sandy Bodamer, Senior Activities and RHY Wellness Director from the YMCA, in our Senior Exercise Class that focuses on building core strength with standing and chair routines using light hand weights, balls, and resistance bands. Everyone is welcome. The Friends of Thomaston Public Library are sponsoring the program, so there is no charge, but donations are gratefully accepted. There is no commitment to joining, so come when it is convenient for you to our twice-weekly class! The class is held on the second floor of the Thomaston Academy Building (accessible by elevator) in the library’s Community Conference Room, which is air-conditioned in summer and heat in the winter, and always bight thanks to lots of wonderful windows!
